Developer Terms

The following Privacy policy governs our Metro File Manager App family.

Your privacy is important to us and we do not collect, store or share any of your personal information or data. App telemetry and error reporting data may be presented to us in App Store's Partner Center Dashboards and are only used in compliance with the App Developer Agreement with the Store.

Our App may have integrated many 3rd party cloud storage services, namely, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and Box. Your use of such services is governed by the Terms of use and Privacy policy of the service provider. Our App acts only as a local client to such cloud storage services and comply with any limited use requirements as (i) the scope of access to user data is limited to providing user-facing features that are prominent in App's user interface, (ii) only user is in control of sharing or transfering their data, (iii) user data is never used for personalized, re-targeted and interest-based advertising, (iv) no user data is accessible by us (the developer) to read, modify, or delete. If you use the App for management of your files in such cloud storage service(s), all data transfers and communications are between your device and the concerned cloud storage service(s) and do not go through any of our servers. Any data from such cloud storage service(s) saved in App's storage in your device are deleted when you remove the associated account from the App or when you uninstall the App.

Our App may also have integrated some remote or network file services, namely, Network Share, FTP Site and WebDAV. You are hereby responsible to understand the security and privacy controls governing access to such remote or network file services from their owners or administrators. If you use the App for management of your files in such remote or network file service(s), all data transfers and communications are between your device and the concerned service(s), and do not go through any of our servers. Any data from such remote or network file service(s) saved in App's storage in your device are deleted when you remove the associated account from the App or when you uninstall the App.

Our App may also have integrated features that allow you to share contents with your contacts and other parties at your own disposal. We do not collect any information about such contacts or parties or the contents, and have no visibility or control or awareness of what information you might share.

By installing our App you automatically consent to this Privacy policy. You are also required to review any changes to our privacy policy when we update the App.

All features in our Apps are provided as is. While using any of our Apps, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to revise, change, remove or substitute products and features within our Apps. By installing any of our Apps you agree not to hold us liable for it’s features or contents and also consent to our privacy policy.
